This website contains a listing of lawyers formerly practising in South Africa, or who were trained in South Africa, who are now in practice, or on the bench, or in academia outside of South Africa.  It also contains information of general interest with regard to the activities of other lawyers who formerly practised in South Africa.

Entries are reflected in the form in which information was received, with minimal editing. In some instances (all specifically noted) it has not been possible to obtain current addresses. If so, the now outdated entry has been left intact in the hope that someone will pass on the current information to me at stuartclark@verizon.net, or using the contact information in the listing for Stuart Clark, below, in the California section.

Information listed consists of practice area (including any special activities), current affiliation and address, professional and academic qualifications, and last affiliation and year in practice in South Africa.  Any requests for additional listings, changes in listings, or deletions, should also be sent to Stuart Clark at the business address listed below in the California section, or to stuartclark@verizon.net.
